WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our Made to Order products are printed just for you and take 5-10 business days to deliver. Refunds are eligible for only 30 days after purchase. If you order multiple items, we will ship your order when all items are ready.
WILL I GET AN EMAIL WITH MY ORDER DETAILS?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all details.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you made a mistake and need to cancel your order, you must notify us within 6 hours of the order being placed, otherwise you can only request a refund once your order has been shipped and delivered.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
We only accept returns if they are the same condition as when we shipped them. It is very important that you refer to the sizing charts provided to be sure your desired product will fit you correctly. We can accommodate some situations, so don't hesitate to reach out with any issues. Please beware that shipping rates are refundable.

WHO SHIPS MY PACKAGE?
US orders are delivered by either USPS, DHL Express or UPS. Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. International orders may be delivered by DHL Express, UPS or a local mail courier depending on the service available.
HOW FAST IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
